I spent years in the corporate world before I found my way into a classroom, and it changed everything. Watching a child's face when a concept clicks, when the golden beads suddenly make multiplication real, when a story makes history feel alive: that is the work I was meant to do.
The Compass Rose School is built on the belief that children deserve an education that meets them where they are, moves at their pace, and makes them feel like explorers, not test-takers. I built this curriculum over years of teaching, studying Montessori pedagogy, and learning what actually works in real classrooms with real kids.
Now I am bringing that experience online so families anywhere in the country can access it. Small groups, real materials, live instruction, and a teacher who knows every student by name.
